Yes. Prescription therapies offered through WYN require a medical consultation with a licensed clinician. If a treatment is determined to be appropriate for you, your prescription is sent to a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy for preparation and shipped directly to your home.

Most clients do not need lab work before starting therapy. However, labs may be recommended if you have certain medical conditions or symptoms, as they help your clinician tailor your peptide or weight-loss plan with greater precision. At WYN, we only order tests that are truly necessary: no unnecessary panels, no upsells, and no added costs.

At WYN, accessibility and transparency are core values. We’ve designed our programs to be affordable and streamlined, without the delays or restrictions often associated with insurance approval processes.
While WYN does not bill insurance directly, we accept HSA and FSA cards. This allows you to start your betterment journey quickly — without waiting for claims, authorizations, or paperwork.

Absolutely. If you’re on a month-to-month plan, you can pause or cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.

For long-term subscriptions that are paid in advance, cancellations are not available until the end of the pre-paid term.

When you complete your intake form, we may place a temporary authorization (hold) on your credit card to verify it. You will not be charged at that time.

The $59 consultation fee is charged only when your medical consultation takes place and/or when your prescription is approved by a licensed provider.

If your prescription is approved by your provider, we will proceed with capturing payment according to your personalized treatment plan. Once payment is completed, we place your order with our trusted U.S.-based compounding pharmacy, and your medication is prepared and shipped directly to you.

After your prescription is approved, most orders are processed and shipped within 3–4 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your therapy leaves the pharmacy.
